Assistance with ADLs
Light housekeeping
Personal laundry
Cooking and meal preparation
Assistance with scheduling medical appointments
Medication reminders
Accompanying clients to medical appointments
General shopping
Respite care is available as well for as few at 4 hours per day
Companion Care can be built into the Individualized Service Plan or offered as a stand-along service.
Services provided in-home as well as in the community; attending medical appointments or recreational activities.
